3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩：
1) 投标人必须是所投产品的制造商或合法代理商或制造商针对本项目直接授权的供应商（提供授权书复印件并加盖公章）；
2) 投标人必须是独立法人机构，具有相关经营范围（且通过年检提供复印件加盖投标人公章）。深圳大学是科教仪器设备减免税单位，如果是境外供货，投标人应有境外供货与外币结算资格或者是取得了境外供货贸易商的投标授权；
3) 证明投标人已具备履行合同所需的财务、技术和生产能力的文件；
4) 投标人基本账户开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或该原件的复印件；
5) 投标人所投产品的销售业绩，须提供设备在国内的销售业绩表及合同复印件或中标通知书复印件（表中应列出设备的出厂日期、用户名称、地址、联系人及联系方式等资料）
6) 具有深圳市政府采购注册供应商资格（供应商注册网址：http://www.szzfcg.cn）；
7) 是否接受联合体投标：不接受；
8) 未领购招标文件是否可以参加投标：不可以。
